Edward Reginald Mount (1906–1979) was a British graphic designer. He worked as a designer at advertising agencies in London throughout the 1930s, before joining the Ministry of Information at the start of the Second World War.

During the war, Mount often worked with the designer Eileen Evans (1921-2006). They produced many public awareness and propaganda posters for the Ministry.

Mount went on to be a founding member of the Artist Partners agency, which was established in 1950.

Mount also continued his design partnership with Eileen Evans during the 1950s and 1960s. The Mount/Evans studio often created work for the post-war Central Office of Information, producing designs for a wide variety of government agencies.
