Details: These 1974 'Law of the Sea' stamp designs were created for the United Nations by Asher Kalderon (1929-2018), a graphic designer and artist born in Bulgaria.

Emigrating to Israel in 1948, Kalderon created many works for government and public institutions. His designs appeared on posters, leaflets, stamps and logos. He worked as a lecturer in many art and design schools in Israel, as well as exhibiting his artwork around the world.
