Lander (1913-c.1980) was a graphic artist and poster designer. He was born in London and studied art at Hammersmith School of Art. He was the chief designer and studio manager at Ralph Mott Studio from 1930 to 1939. He created work for Government Ministries, British Transport Commission and the Post Office, as well as producing many posters for railway operators including British Railways.
