Details: This poster stamp artwork for Braniff International Airways was created by Don Marvine (1929-2022). The image was also featured on a poster in 1955.

Marvine studied design at Art Center College in Los Angeles before establishing a graphic design studio in Chicago, where he was a member of the city’s prestigious '27 Designers.'

After thirty years of heading his own design firm, during which time he was awarded many design honours, he moved to Montana and then Baltimore, continuing to pursue creative interests.
